A TRUER GOD

THE SUPREME SPIRIT OF LIGHT AND LOVE

IN THE HEBREW AND GREEK SCRIPTURES

Statement of Faith

in Scriptural Language

. . . [T]here is one God [Who] is Spirit (John 4:24), Light (I John 1:5), [and] Love (I John 4:8), and one Mediator of God and mankind, a Man, Christ Jesus (I Timothy 2:5-6), Who is the Image of the Invisible God, Firstborn of every creature, for in Him is all created, that in the heavens and that on the earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones, or lordships, or sovereignties, or authorities, all is created through Him and for Him, and He is before all, and all has its cohesion in Him (Colossians 1:15-17).

Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, and . . . He was entombed, and . . . He has been roused the third day according to the scriptures (I Corinthians 15:3-4).

All scripture is inspired by God, and is beneficial for teaching (II Timothy 3:16). Every word of God is pure (Proverbs 30: 5). [We] beware that no one shall be despoiling [us} through philosophy and empty seduction, in accord with human tradition, in accord with the elements of the world, and not in accord with Christ, for in Him the entire complement of the Deity is dwelling bodily (Colossians 2:8-9).

[We] endeavor to present [ourselves] to God qualified, unashamed worker{s}, correctly cutting the word of truth (II Timothy 2:15), [having] a pattern of sound words, which [we} hear from Paul, in faith and love in Christ Jesus [II Timothy 1:13], [understanding that Paul has] been entrusted with the evangel of the Uncircumcision [the nations], according as Peter of the Circumcision [Israel] (Galations 2:7).

To [Paul], less than the least of all saints, was granted this grace: to bring the evangel of the untraceable riches of Christ to the nations, and to enlighten all as to what is the administration of the secret, which has been concealed from the eons in God, Who creates all, that now may be made known to the sovereignties and the authorities among the celestials, through the ecclesia, the multifarious wisdom of God, in accord with the purpose of the eons, which He makes in Christ Jesus, our Lord; in Whom we have boldness and access with confidence, through His faith (Ephesians 3:8-12).

It is not ours to wrestle with blood and flesh, but with the sovereignties, with the authorities, with the world-mights of this darkness, with the spiritual forces of wickedness among the celestials (Ephesians 6:12).

We rely on the living God, Who is the Saviour of all mankind, especially of believers (I Timothy 4:10). For even as, in Adam, all are dying, thus also, in Christ, shall all be vivified. Yet each in his own class: the Firstfruit, Christ; thereupon those who are Christ’s in His presence; thereafter the consummation . . . Now, whenever all may be subject to Him Who subjects all to Him, that God may be All in all (I Corinthians 15: 22-23, 28).

For in grace, through faith, are [we] saved, and this is not out of [us]; it is God’s approach present, not of works, lest anyone should be boasting. For His achievement are we, being created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God makes ready beforehand, that we should be walking in them (Ephesians 2:8-10).

Yet all is of God, Who conciliates us to Himself through Christ, and is giving us the dispensation of the conciliation, how that God was in Christ, conciliating the world to Himself, not reckoning their offenses to them, and placing in us the word of conciliation. For Christ, then, are we ambassadors, as of God entreating through us. We are beseeching for Christ’s sake, “Be conciliated to God!” (II Corinthians 5:18-20).

. . . [I]f anyone is in Christ, there is a new creation . . . (II Corinthians 5:17), for our realm is inherent in the heavens, out of which we are awaiting a Saviour also, the Lord, Jesus Christ, Who will transfigure the body of our humiliation, to conform it to the body of His glory, in accord with the operation which enables Him even to subject all to Himself (Philippians 3:20-21).

{We entreat} then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, pleadings, thanksgiving be made for all mankind, for kings and all those being in a superior station, that we may be leading a mild an quiet life in all devoutness and gravity, for this is ideal and welcome in the sight of our Saviour, God, Who wills that all mankind be saved and come into a realization of the truth (I Timothy 2:1-4).

Now to the King of the eons, the incorruptible, invisible, only and wise God, be honor and glory for the eons of the eons! Amen! (I Timothy 1:17).
